Reviews and Ratings <br />
This resort spa offers a serene atmosphere with a beautiful pool area and comfortable rooms. While the location is convenient for nearby attractions, the dining options could use some improvement as they felt a bit limited. The amenities were nice, but I did expect a bit more from the overall experience considering the price range.
I had a lovely stay at this resort spa, where I enjoyed the stunning views of the Rockies right from my window. The kitchenette was convenient for quick meals, and the atmosphere was quite relaxing. However, I did encounter a rude staff member that slightly dampened my overall experience, and I wish the breakfast had more variety to choose from.
This resort spa offers stunning views of the Rockies, especially from the main level rooms which are newly furnished and visually appealing. However, I found the rooms to be stifling even with the standing fan, which was a bit disappointing. The location is quite unique, situated in a residential area with easy walking access to everything you need, but the noise from the trans Canadian rail line can be bothersome. Overall, while the value is decent, the discomfort in the rooms makes it less than perfect.
I had a mixed experience at this resort spa. The location is really convenient, just a short walk to everything I needed, and the amenities were quite nice. However, the service left a bit to be desired at times, and the dining options could have had more variety. Overall, it was decent value for the price, but there were some aspects that could use improvement.
This resort spa offers stunning views of the Rockies from the rooms, which are all newly furnished and quite comfortable. I did encounter a rude staff member during my stay, which was a bit disappointing. The proximity to downtown Canmore made it easy to explore the area. Overall, while the resort provides great amenities, the experience was marred slightly by customer service issues.
